Our stay was marred by uncleanliness. We didn't receive fresh bedding during our entire 10-day stay. The staff seemed disinterested and were more focused on their phones than guests, contributing to a lack of professionalism.

The apartment was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed and a breathtaking ocean view. While the staff were mostly friendly and welcoming, some requests went unattended. Despite beautiful scenery, the overall experience could have been better with more attention to detail and follow-through on staff commitments.

The family room with a mountain view offered us ample space, but the lack of a lounge TV was disappointing. The restaurant had delicious breakfasts, but service was lacking. If you plan to dine, check in early to avoid closed kitchens. An overall enjoyable trip, though.

This place is a real gem! We took advantage of the glorious Blue Flag Beaches right outside our door, and the kids had an absolute blast. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our family. Plus, the view of the ocean was just spectacular!

In my kids' opinion, the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit much at times. A soundproofing upgrade would make it a perfect family destination.
